Professional Focus: Counselling and Psychotherapy to assist clients in addressing stress, anger, the symptoms of depression, the symptoms of anxiety and trauma-related symptoms.

I am currently serving in the Canadian Armed Forces, having joined in 1999. From my military service, I have directly witnessed the traumatic effects of war.

In my professional practice with the military, I have learned how mental health concerns affects the human psyche. From my applied clinical experience, I have the skills to assist others in working to achieve improved mental health wellness.

I am a Registered Nurse (RN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Provided counselling and psychotherapy to clients, both individually and in groups.
Served in Afghanistan, Cyprus, Petawawa ON, Halifax NS, Gagetown NB and Borden ON.
